To install a fresh version of FlickrFan, download the disk image, drag the OPML folder into the Applications folder. Copy the whole folder, every file is important.To get started, open the folder and double-click on the OPML application. It takes a minute the first time it runs. When it's ready it opens a page in the browser, either Firefox or Safari.
Follow the instructions on the opening page.
