Change #002. Little stuff in 0.26
1. The icon for the document list sucks, so the file nodes in the outline have no special icon. Easier on the brain.
2. When the user 2clicks on a node with a linked document, put up an ask dialog with the path confirming that he wants to edit. Otherwise there could be a long delay where the user wonders wtf happens. After it's over they might still wonder. The dialog explains, and confirms.
3. Added a #installer table at the top level of the database.

New command in the Howto sub-menu of the Tools menu, creates an outline of your documents, organized according to directory. Each document headline can be double-clicked to open the document. There's a new right-click command that does the same thing.
